Repurposing the old building is one of the many ways Uzenie will be playing its part in a more environmentally-conscious hospitality industry. All of its functionalities will be supported by sustainable practices.

Every droplet of water in the seawater pools will be recycled, smart lighting and A/C systems will prevent excess energy waste, and the restaurant will operate under eco-gastronomy to minimize food waste and environmental impact.

What we do

We are classified as a Hybrid Energy hotel- more than 50% of the energy we consume is generated from our Solar Panels
Smart Room System that leverages the latest automation and AI technologies to enhance the guest experience & minimize environmental impact
Our wooden Gym derives from sustainably managed forests and renewable tree stocks
Our premium skincare products are cruelty-free, vegan, PNGs-free, PETA-approved, and include eco-friendly packaging
We use saltwater in our pools
Our restaurant adheres to an eco-gastronomy profile, using ingredients sourced from local farms & producers
Room keys are made from recycled wood
Key folders are made from potato peel
Business cards are made from 100% recycled paper
We encourage our guests not to change their towels every day
