Online reservations are handled through the external booking platform https://uzenieboutiqueresort.reserve-online.net/ linked from the Site (“Book your stay”). When you proceed to book, your booking is governed by the booking platform’s terms, as well as the resort’s booking, cancellation policies, payment, check-in/out, and house policies presented during the booking flow and/or at check-in. The Site itself does not guarantee availability, confirm reservations, or process payments unless explicitly stated in the booking flow.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third parties (such as online magazines, applications, social media platforms, etc.). We bear no responsibility for the content, policies, or security of third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk and is governed by their own Terms and Conditions.

8. Prices, Offers, and Promotions

Any packages, experiences, or promotional descriptions shown on the Website are indicative and may be subject to:
